2001-2004
A four levels 220 m2 residence. Entry in pilotis, rooms of children on the 1st, livingroom and kitchen and dining room on the 2nd and room and parents office on the 3rd, around a four-stories high atrium with a free stairwell. The building can very easily be converted into two residences, 90 and 130 m2 each, with the addition of second staircase from the ground up to the first floor.
The final internal configuration of details and the choice of materials and colours took place from the householders.
