two-family house in alimos

The flat, narrow and deep plt is located near a hill in Alimos, in a quiet neighbourhoud with two- and three-storey houses.
The building features an inner, four-storey-high void with a free staircase, a reference, both in terms of use and image, to the old internal courtyards, with the rooms around.
The peculiarity of the building, which is arranged on many levels, is that it can be transformed into one or two houses, according to the present and future needs of the owners, as follows:
Plan A, two houses, where the first covers a total of 160 m2 and consists of a living-room, W.C., kitchen and dining-room (level 0), study (level 1), bedroom with bathroom (level 2) and a large bedroiom with bathroom (level 3). The second has a 80 m2 surface and consists of a living-roomm with a small kitchen (level 4), bedroom with bathroom (level 5) and a study (level 6).
Plan B, in which the large bedroom on level 3 of the first house can be divided into two smaller children's bedrooms and added to the second house.
Plan C, a single unified house, covering a surface of 240 m2.
