A 2500 m2 complex, 3500 m2 building plot.
It accomodates, in independent volumes, the Town hall office spaces, a multipurpose meeting room, a library and an exhibition space with foyer. In the hypaethral, seats and gathering area are contoured.
Internally, the building, is characterized by the three level hypaethral-entry, with the free stairwell and the spaces around, where thus they become easily perceptible and rapproachable.
From all the complex, only the Town hall three level volume has been manufactured, which has minimal relation with the drawings of the architectural study.
